    • A Client claimed compensation against the tax advisor, who provided him with erroneous tax advice; as a result the Client did not effect all due payments to the Social Securities Company.
    • According to the settlement agreement, the debtor (the tax advisor) accepted a claim in its entirety and agreed to pay compensation in installment payments amounting 500 PLN.

    • In the moment of the event as a result of which the communicative damage arose the person which drove was his owner, rather than other person (which earlier sold the vehicle driver) how incorrectly accepted insurance companies.
