    • A Client (a driver) claimed for outstanding payment for provided transportation service.

    • A Client provided service concerning door fitting to a person, who assumed, that the door was fitted improperly and refrained from payment.

    Case concerning repayment of undue consideration.
    • A Client effected a payment to an entrepreneur, who was not a debtor.
    • After considering the case the court ordered the entrepreneur to repay the undue consideration.
  17. Value of the matter in dispute: 3.050,00 PLN
    Action for payment for expansion of the scope of transportation services provided.
    • A Client (a transportation company) delivered a load according to the contract, although the recepient failed to collect it. As a consequence, the Client had to carry the load to a warehouse in other city.
    • After considering the case the court ordered the recepient to pay off the requested amount in its entirety

    Action for payment for international transportation services.
    • A Client (a transportation company) claimed for freight payment from an Italian shipping company.
    • After considering the case the court ordered the shipping company to pay the consideration in its entirety.

    Action for payment for improper performance of a contract.
    • A Client fitted a roof luggage rack on a vehicle, the vehicle's owner stated, that the rack is fitted improperly and claimed for compensation.
