  1. Value of the matter in dispute: 471.652,15 PLN
    Action for payment against a construction company due to an inadequate performance of a contract.
    • A Client sold blacktop to the construction company that failed to accept the delivered blacktop.
    • After considering the case the court ordered the debtor ta pay the claimed amount in its entirety.
  2. Value of the matter in dispute: 60.505,72 PLN
    Action for payment for transportation services.
    • A Client provided international transportation services to a shipping company, that failed to effect the payment.
    • After considering the case the court ordered the transportation company to pay the claimed amount in its entirety.

Selected settlements

  1. Value of the matter in dispute: 520.000 PLN
    Compensation and general damages case.
    • A Client, who had been employed and insured by a Danish company had a work accident and was seriously burned while his ship under the Canadian flag was in a Portuguese port.
    • After conducting preliminary investigation the insurer paid off the amount claimed in its entirety.
  2. Value of the matter in dispute: 120.000 PLN
    Case concerning loan repayment.
    • Claim for loan repayment.
    • After mediation the creditor (the Client) waived interest payments and the debtor agreed to pay off the debt.

Selected administration cases

Below are listed example administration cases handled by the Kamil Zieliński Law Firm:

  1. Value of the matter in dispute: 125.000 PLN
    Case concerning a fine imposed by a Building Site Inspector.
    • The Building Site Inspector imposed a fine for violation of the provisions referring to industrial facilities occupancy; a Client brought a complaint against the decision of the Voievodship Construction Supervision Inspector.
    • The Voievodship Administrative Court accepted the complaint and revoked the Voievodship Construction Supervision Inspector decision.
  2. Value of the matter in dispute: 61.206,40 PLN
    Case concerning personal income tax reduction.
    • After considering the case the Voievodship Administrative Court decided, that the tax payer has a right to deduct cost of apartments built for rent from his profit.
