Kamil Zieliński Kamil Zielinski - owner

He graduated from the Department of Law and Administration in 1999 and conducts individual legal practice since 2003. Currently Mr. Zieliński is working on his Ph.D. dissertation at the Chair of Civil and Commercial Law at the University of Szczecin.

Mr. Zieliński possesses extensive experience in the field of commercial companies law, business law, civil law, building law, labor law as well as social insurance. For many years he provided legal assistance to foreign investors and enterprises conducting business activities in Poland. In particular he specializes in serving capital companies from various business sectors.

Mr. Zieliński cooperates with the Polish Accountants Association as a lecturer of labor, administrative, civil and commercial law. Also, he participates as a consultant and lecturer in implementation of projects financed from European Social Found by the European Union. Mr. Zieliński is also engaged in a range of pro bono activities within the Legal Advisors Association.

Rafał Paśniewski Rafał Paśniewski - legal advisor

He received his law degree at the Department of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin in 2002. Mr. Paśniewski's previous experience embraces court apprenticeship and employment at court on various positions as well as individual legal practice. Between 2003-2006 he completed court apprenticeship and was employed as an assistant to the judge at a district court.

Mr. Paśniewski specializes in civil cases with a special concern for business procedure. He lectures civil, labor, administrative and penal law at the German Institute of Foreign Languages and Economics as well as at the Higher Occupational School TEB Edukacja.

Mr. Paśniewski cooperates with the Legal Office since March 2008.

After hours he plays a guitar in a rock band, happens to read poetry as well as fantasy literature.
Milena Bartnicka - Legal Assistant

Trainee of the legal adviser. Law graduate on the Faculty of Law and Public Administration of the University of the Warsaw. Her master's thesis concerned the issue of the doctor-patient privilege in a criminal trial.
She is using the English fluently. A criminal law and civil law are included in branches of the law in which she is interested in. She acquired her experience at the Clinic of the Law at UW, giving legal advices applying to the civil, criminal and commercial law and in the law - debt collection office in Szczecin.
Literature, film and travels belong to her passion.
Since January of 2010 she is working in our Office.
Aleksandra Bubleiwcz - legal assistant

Student of the Law on the Faculty of Law and Public Administration of the Szczecin University.
In September 2009 she did practice in the district court Szczecin - Centre in Szczecin in the VII Department.
She is interested in a dance and musicals.
A civil law is included in her favourite branches of the law.
She is working in the Office since the February of 2010.
