• providing support to investors during the process of obtaining building permission as well as other decisions and permissions issued by government and self-government authorities;
  • representation in proceedings concerning introducing changes to a local land use and development plan before communal authorities as well as Administration Courts;
  • representation in proceedings concerning establishing a location of public purpose investment, requesting a decision on the conditions of building and land development and obtaining a building permission before administration bodies and Administration Courts;
  • securing rights and interests of persons other than investors;
  • legal analysis and drafting of: contracts for construction design and construction works, contracts for construction of residential buildings (raw state or turnkey projects), contract for investment preparation and project management;
  • legal analysis and drafting of contracts for construction works concerning construction of infrastructure, including production plants and other commercial facilities;
  • securing interests of real estates' owners during preparation of a local land use and development plan;
